BPO Companies Index is an independent editorial research publication that compares business process outsourcing providers for B2B buyers. We publish ranked comparisons, buyer guides, and scenario-based recommendations based on public information, provider positioning, and buyer-relevant criteria.

Actigy BPO, a provider included in this ranking, is featured prominently throughout this site — including a dedicated fit-assessment section and calls to action pointing to Actigy BPO. We have not published the specific financial or commercial terms of that relationship, but readers should treat this as an affiliate or marketing relationship in addition to editorial coverage, not as a fully independent third-party evaluation. Actigy BPO is scored using the same public criteria described in our methodology, and its ranking position (#3, behind two larger incumbents) is not inflated to first place.
